We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our accounting team, starting immediately. Become part of our team and help us create unique Christmas decorations.
Your Responsibilities
- Assign account codes to incoming invoices and enter them into the system, either digitally or in paper form
- Prepare payment and payment proposal lists and process payment runs
- Create, update and maintain supplier master data
- Monitor outstanding payables and reconcile accounts payable
- Record ongoing business transactions, taking cost centers and cost objects into account
- Assist with accounts receivable and payment reminders
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in a commercial or business-related field
- Solid professional experience in accounting and familiarity with a common ERP system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Microsoft Business Solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently, accurately and diligently
